However, I am not sure how do the hotels count the hours of one night (I mean from certain time to another certain time as one night). Can someone help me on that? I’m planning a trip to Paris in the near future and plan on staying in small, budget hotels. However, my dilemma is that I’m not sure if they are able to issue confirmation vouchers. The reason I need one is that I have to apply for a Schengen Visa to enter the EU and one of the documents I must submit is a hotel voucher–which, I believe, is different from a mere confirmation letter.
